Current website status

PANSCENTS.COM is in pre-launch. Online ordering and payments are disabled. The website does not accept a completed order or collect card details.

Your shopping bag

Your selected fragrance, format, size, quantity and displayed price are stored in your browser so the bag can remain available on that device. This local bag is not treated as a paid order. You can remove items in the bag or clear the site data in your browser.

Enquiries and external services

If you contact PANSCENTS by email, WhatsApp or a linked social platform, the information you choose to send is processed by that service and used to respond to your enquiry. Please do not send payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.

Collaboration applications

We collect the business and contact details in your application to review your proposed collaboration, correspond with you and, if approved, manage your partnership. The Operations Head and owner have access to applications. Our hosting and configured messaging providers may process the details for these purposes. Only approved partner details covered by your separate public-listing choice may appear on our partners page. General marketing is an independent opt-in.

We keep application and partnership records only while needed for review, the relationship, accounting or other applicable obligations. You may request access, correction or withdrawal of optional listing consent by emailing inder.pandher@gmail.com.

Partner links

Partner QR codes count aggregate visits linked to the partner, without publishing individual visitor details. Scanning does not award points. If customer orders and attributed referral rewards launch later, we will update this notice and the partner terms before enabling that tracking.

Technical operation

The site and its service providers may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as request logs, device or browser information and security events. The installable web experience may cache the public home shell and visual assets for reliability; cart and payment pages are not intentionally cached for offline transactions.

Personalisation and decisions

PANSCENTS does not currently require an account, use fragrance behaviour for personalised pricing or make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Any future account, personalisation or marketing feature will require appropriate notice and choice.
