Applying
Applications are reviewed individually. Submission does not guarantee approval, stock, a discount, a referral reward or a public listing. Please provide accurate information and be authorised to apply for your business.
Product and brand care
Approved partners must not alter, rebottle, relabel or misrepresent PANSCENTS products. Logo, photography, copy, sleeves and claims require PANSCENTS approval. Products must remain sealed with their required information visible.
Commercial agreement
Partner pricing, minimum quantities, payment, fulfilment, returns, campaign deliverables and any credit terms are agreed separately in writing before activation. An independent reseller sets its own customer resale price; PANSCENTS may provide a recommended price only.
Referral rewards
A QR scan, enquiry or unpaid order does not earn points. A separate signed partner agreement will set the rate, qualifying paid sales, attribution window, refund reversals, redemption limits, expiry and dispute process before rewards are activated. Points are not cash.
Personal information and listing
Application information is handled under our Privacy Statement. We publish a partner profile only with separate listing consent. You may contact inder.pandher@gmail.com about your application or request a change to your listing.
